Since the episodes in a channel always is sorted by the "release date" - you can simply change the release date on the episodes (under advanced on each episode) to reorder wich episodes comes first. 

ATTENTION: Free plan does not include the "release date" field. Upgrade to a paying plan to get more storage, bandwidth and extra features, including the "release data" field.
