transcoding variant fail

When I have created a new episo and uploaded a wmv-file, I can't come further than seen in the attachment file.

When I have created a new episo and uploaded a wmv-file, I can't come further than seen in the attachment file.

I'm having an issue where I can't get past the transcoding variants phase either. I know this is an old topic, but havent found any answers yet.
