My question is: when I log into my account and look at my statistics and the chart, how can I tell how many subscribers I have TOTAL? For instance, it says 18 subscribers but when I look at the red lines it says a different number of subscribers every day. Thanks.
ANSWER: Subscribers on the red line means unique subscribers on that specific day - the other number below the graph means unique subscribers in total the last 7 days.

Could you clarify this, as the stats just don't add up. If I add my subscribers for the last 7 days using the red line I get one figure, the display below tells me another, and not matter what I do I cannot get the 2 figures to match.
Also, is it possible to have a 'total subscriber' readout that is just that, a 'total', including everyone ever, subscriber readout?
I'd second that - is it so difficult to be able to provide a 'total subscriber' number?
If you add the subscribers for the last 7 days using the red line - you add subscribers that are NOT unique. It could be that the same user visited monday and thursday. This user will then count 2 times. If you use our number for subscribers below the graph - that number is : Unique numbers of subscribers in the last 7 days. In this case, if the user visited 2 times in the last seven days, the user only count 1 time - since we are only counting unique users. This is how we have defined 'total subscribers'.
I've been wondering this same question, too. Just so I understand, is the red line in the graph showing people who have already subscribed to my podcast downloading an episode? (In other words, the graph only shows downloads, and the green shows downloads of people who are not subscribers, while the red shows people who are subscribers?)
And the number below the graph is the number of new people who have subscribed to my show? (If this is true, would I have needed to started counting subscribers from the beginning?)
Don't misunderstand me, I am happy with PodcastMachine. I've just been wondering how many subscribers total I have, including a total after adding together those who have subscribed and those who have unsubscribed.
