If your account has been blocked, all your podcasts are marked  with "BLOCKED". PodcastMachine automatically blocks accounts if your monthly payments to PodcastMachine fails. Once your account is blocked it is not possible for your audience to download or play any of your episodes. This is done to prevent further costs. In order to get unblocked, please carefully examine your Paypal account. There might not be available funds or you might need to lift restrictions on your Paypal account. Once done, contact us at info@podcastmachine.com and we will unblock your account again, once we are able to withdraw from your Paypal account again.

If you wish to close your payed subscription, simply downgrade to free plan. You may need to delete episodes to free up space, or wait to downgrade to the start of each month - when traffic counter is reset.
